Moment
of Explosion Pairing/Character: Schuldig
No one had ever accused Schuldig of having any sense at all let alone fashion
sense. Not that he cared in any way, his dress was not about fashion; it was
about whether or not people noticed him, whether or not he wanted them to notice
him. He usually preferred them to notice. It gave him a sense of self more than
anything else did, for he knew who he was when seen through another’s eyes. The
unreal combination of his bright orange hair mixed with the usual green and
yellow of his attire--no one would wear that seriously.
However, in the moments when he felt himself getting lost in the mire of
thoughts that sometimes threatened to overwhelm him, he would find himself
pulled to the closest mind possible. It was only then that he could remember who
and what he was. The swirl of bright and bold colors that never failed to annoy
his teammates, or anger his opponents, did just what he wanted, needed them
to--impress him upon their minds for him to later snatch himself back from the
edge of insanity. Therefore, it was not really his fashion sense others laughed
at--it was his fashion of sense.
